About
Beth McEntee is a Partner at Fertitta & Givens, PLLC, where she focuses her practice on residential construction litigation while also handling a range of other complex disputes. She represents homeowners in cases ranging from individual defect claims to coordinated actions involving more than 100 families in a single community. Her practice emphasizes guiding clients through the Residential Construction Liability Act (RCLA) process and developing efficient strategies for both subdivision-wide claims and other litigation matters.
Before joining Fertitta & Givens in 2023, Beth practiced as a transactional lawyer at one of the nation’s top 50 law firms, where she advised public and private companies on high-value corporate and commercial matters. This background provides her with a strong foundation in contract analysis and negotiation, which she now applies in construction litigation and a wide range of complex disputes.
Beth graduated summa cum laude from Rice University in 2008 with a double major in Linguistics and Cognitive Science and earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2012. At Harvard, she served on the board of the Women’s Law Association and on the Journal of Law & Gender. After law school, she returned to Texas to practice law and has since dedicated her career to helping homeowners and families navigate complex disputes.
When not working, Beth spends time with her husband, three children, and two ill-behaved dogs.
